Nice. I don't pay much attention to miles these days, as they are split between road, MTB, running, rollerskiing and skate skiing. Miles keep going down from a high of over 10,000 about 10yrs ago to less than 7000 this year. Hours matter most. I strive for 600hrs of aerobic activity per year. I have 50hrs to go. That will be tough in month of December.
I also go mostly by hours as I split time between road and mtb. The first year I counted I was shooting for 365 as Bush recommended 'Mericans get an hour of exercise a day. Last years total was 466. I only count riding. If math serves me, you're still 50 hours ahead of me Doug(thumbs up!).
Awesome. There is something nice about reaching your goal. I have managed about 7300km this year so far - my goal of 8500, to beat last year's totals, is not likely to be reached at this time. Glad to see you making yours:)
CB2 - do you have other aerobic activities not in your tally, like running, hiking, or stairmaster at the gym?
CB2 is big on Zumba about 10 hours a week ;-)
Supposedly I do a lot of speed-walking at work too.
